Welcome to our tiny living community nestled in Woods Bay, Montana, just steps away from the stunning shores of Flathead Lake.

We are thrilled to open our doors year-round, inviting you to join our community with extended stays of 6 months or more!

Located 7 minutes south of Bigfork and 45-minutes from Glacier National Park, our long-term rentals provide unique private access to our community beach on Flathead Lake, community fire pits and grills, and endless places to explore, eat, and catch great entertainment.

OVERVIEW

Each unit is fit for a one-person. Rental rates include:

  • WiFi

  • Utilities (electric, water, septic)

  • Light furnishings (vary by cabin)

  • One parking spot

  • Access to shared outdoor spaces and lots of campfires

    • Propane grill on property (propane included), charcoal grill on the beach (charcoal not included)

    • With plenty of driftwood washing up each year, you won’t want for firewood. Enjoy campfires on the grounds or at the beach (when fire bans are not in place).

  • Optional summer use of our non-motorized water sports rentals (additional cost)

These spaces are designed for individuals who want simple, comfortable living close to the lake — without the commitment or cost of traditional lakefront property.

☀️ For $100/month, upgrade your summer experience with unlimited use of our non-motorized water sports rentals. Paddle from our private Flathead Lake beach to local favorites like The Raven, The Sitting Duck, and McKenzie River Pizza at Saddlehorn Marina — all just minutes away by kayak or paddle board.

🚬 Strict no-smoking and no-drug policy applies to all cabins and grounds at all times. No exceptions.

✌🏼 Quiet enjoyment and respect for neighbors are expected.

✅ All applicants must complete an application with references. Background checks are required at the applicant's expense. Upon approval, we'll need a security deposit to reserve your cabin. First and last month's rent is due by move-in.

Your security deposit will be fully refunded upon move-out, provided there are no damages to the cabin or grounds.

Here's how to get started:

  2. Once accepted, complete a background check (quick and easy, just cover the approximate $50 cost on your end)

  3. You're almost home:

    • Lock in your spot with a security deposit (equal to one month’s rent)

      • Tiny Home owners renting a FHU slip pay a $500 security deposit

    • First month’s rent due mid-way between the deposit date and move-in date

    • Last month's rent due at move-in

Security deposits come back in full when you move out, as long as you leave the place as beautiful as you found it.
